Service Director Position
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team of service providers in a community-based setting. The successful candidate will have expertise in supporting adults with intellectual disabilities, assisting with independent living skills and integration into the community.

Key responsibilities include:
* Leading a team of service providers to deliver high-quality services to adults with intellectual disabilities.
* Developing and implementing effective service models focused on person-centred care.
* Assisting with budgeting and financial reporting to ensure operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A master's degree relevant to this role – i.e. social work or social care management.
* Postgraduate qualification ideally in social care management or management studies.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management post or equivalent role.
* Strong working knowledge of National Policy relating to Intellectual Disability and Mental Health.
