At Hederman Hassle-free Print & Design, we're seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead the sales side of our business, focusing on our growing "Hederman for Hotels" division. As our Business Development Manager, you'll take charge of driving growth, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and converting our extensive pipeline of leads into long-term partnerships.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic professional who is:
* Experienced: At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally with knowledge of print, graphic design, or the hotel industry.
* Connected: Contacts within the hotel sector in Ireland or experience in hotel marketing are a significant advantage.
* Driven: Self-motivated and excited by the opportunity for uncapped earnings and career growth.
* Service-Oriented: Committed to delivering the highest levels of client service.
* A Relationship Builder: Skilled at fostering strong, lasting client relationships.
* Organised: Exceptional time management and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work on your own initiative.
* Communicative: Fluent in both written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
* Mobile: A full clean driving licence is essential.
What You'll Do
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Working closely with the MD to grow key accounts, develop new sales strategies, and follow up on leads.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships with existing and potential hotel partners.
* Conducting credentials presentations, preparing quotations, and closing deals.
* Overseeing some larger or more complex orders where needed, especially with new clients, with support from our in-house sales and production team.
Full training on sales processes and systems will be provided.
