As a Supervisor, you will support the team in the day-to-day running of our busy restaurant.
You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth operations, and motivating our fantastic team.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
Oversee daily restaurant operations and shift supervision
Manage stock levels and ordering
Assist in creating and implementing efficient staff rotas
Ensure HACCP and food safety standards are maintained
Maintain hygiene and presentation standards at all times
Motivate and lead team members to achieve excellence
Communicate with operations and reservations teams
Build strong relationships with guests and key clients

5+ years' experience in restaurant or hospitality management
