You'll be supported from day one, surrounded by people who value collaboration, positivity and doing things the right way. Don't worry if you don't have experience in a revenue role, full training will be provided for all aspects of your role.

What You'll Do
Every day brings something different, but here's what your role will involve:
Support Our Hotel Clients
* Be the main point of contact for our hotel partners using Rate Wise.
* Help them get the best from our software through guidance, support and training.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate clearly and professionally.
* Build strong, lasting relationships with clients who rely on your expertise.
Onboard New Clients
* Welcome new hotels and guide them through the Rate Wise onboarding process.
* Lead training sessions and ensure each client feels confident using our tools.
* Spot opportunities to improve their setup or processes and share feedback with the team.
Collaborate with Our Development Team
* Work with our developers to prioritise updates and new features.
* Use tools such as, Microsoft Teams and Azure to stay organised.
* Share client feedback and ideas to help improve the Rate Wise platform.
Be Part of a Great Team
* Join regular catch-ups, planning sessions and brainstorming meetings.
* Contribute ideas, share insights and celebrate team wins.
* Enjoy a supportive, collaborative environment where everyone helps each other succeed.
You'll Fit Right In If You
* Have at least two years' experience in a hotel role such as Reservations, Revenue or Front Office.
* Are familiar with PMSs, Channel Managers and Excel.
* Enjoy helping people and have strong communication skills.
* Are organised, detail-oriented and good at juggling priorities.
* Can work independently but enjoy being part of a close-knit, friendly team.
* Are curious and open to learning about hotel technology and revenue management.
