Job Overview:
The Project Lead plays a crucial role in leading, planning, and executing multiple projects within the MEP and data centre environments. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the full delivery of busbar projects in data centre and MEP environments
* Oversee planning, budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure timely delivery
* Act as the main client contact while driving clear communication across teams
* Coordinate engineering, purchasing, and production to streamline approvals, materials, and dispatch
* Champion risk management, reporting, and continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* Experience in project management within a construction, manufacturing, MEP, or data centre environment
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and internal stakeholders effectively
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of electrical distribution systems, switchgear, or busbar trunking systems is beneficial
