Admin/Accounts Assistant Core Responsibilities Have a clear and thorough understanding of the business operations, financial transactions and related systemsPerform assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sub ledger transactional support with a particular focus on Purchase Invoice Processing and data entry Provide support across a wide range of finance/administrative initiatives as requiredDay to day management cashbooksPreparing accurate and timely reportsMonthly accruals and prepaymentsAssistance with interim and year-end auditsContribute to the efficiency of the accounts/admin team by participating in cross training, sharing job responsibilities, and serving as position backup for other team membersMonitoring ExpensesReconciliation and reportingAdmin/Accounts Assistant Requirements Ability to keep organised and focus on priorities when working on several projects simultaneously.Good can-do attitudePurchase ledge management would be advantageousHigh attention to detailStrong communication skills.Work well in teamKnowledge of Microsoft officeIf this role is of interest please send over your CV!
