Key Responsibilities
* Customer Support:
Act as the first point of contact at reception, welcoming visitors and liaising with couriers.
* Delivery Logistics:
Coordinate all deliveries and outgoing items, ensuring timely distribution to the correct departments.
* Reception Upkeep:
Keep the reception area organised, tidy, and professional at all times.
* Facilities Support:
Assist the Facilities Manager with invoices, purchase orders (POs), and general administration.
* Ad-Hoc Assistance:
Jump in to help with various tasks as needed to support team goals.
* Administration:
Handle administrative and clerical duties as directed.
* Process Improvement:
Share ideas to improve workflows and boost efficiency.
