* Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm.
Summary of Responsibilities:
* The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the project team responsible for delivering building development projects of varying size and complexity.
* The Project Coordinator is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of the Commercial HVAC Manager.

Education/Experience:
* High School Diploma or GED.
* Must be proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, typing and other computer programs.
* Knowledge of the building development/redevelopment industry & familiarity with construction methods.
* Knowledge of pricing and purchasing.
* Professional verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
* Must be friendly, courteous, & have a positive attitude.
* Background check & drug screening required prior to employment.
Responsibilities:
* Support the Project Manager in preparing and issuing project proposals, RFIs, budgets, schedules, submittals, purchase orders, and subcontractor agreements.
* Review vendor quotations to ensure fair pricing and assist in procurement and backorder follow-ups.
* Coordinate Commercial HVAC project scheduling and manpower dispatch with field teams.
* Track and manage project submittals, proposal requests (PRs), and supplemental instructions (ASIs) to ensure teams have the latest project updates.
* Assist in determining project requirements and maintaining up-to-date project documentation.
* Manage project close-out activities including completion certificates and collection of required documents.
* Help ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Maintain effective communication with clients and project teams, addressing issues and changes in project scope or schedule.
* Handle customer concerns and escalate unresolved issues to management as needed.
* Assist in monthly billing and invoicing processes.
* Monitor scheduling needs, including time-off requests and meetings.
