Job description
Thomas Barry & Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Legal Secretary to join our friendly team and support our firm's day-to-day business. The ideal candidate will be focused, hard-working and possess strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will also be someone with strong attention to detail, who can adapt easily to change and is willing to take initiative.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Supporting solicitors.
* Liaising with clients, other party solicitors, lenders and other parties.
* Preparing and revising legal documents.
* Registering deeds with the Property Registration Authority.
Candidate Requirements
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
* Fluent in English.
* Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proven experience as a Legal Secretary preferably gained through work at a law firm in Ireland
* Demonstrated experience working with a case management system
* Excellent multitasking and organisational skills;
* Good work ethic, willingness to act on own initiative and within a team environment;
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
* Ability to prioritise and balance multiple time-sensitive tasks;
* Strong computer literacy and IT skills; and
* Reliable means of transportation to office.
Experience working in an administration or secretarial role is an asset but is not required.
This role is not suitable for candidates seeking a traineeship.

Working Hours
This position is on-site at our office in Dublin, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays.
