Job Title: Facilities, Site Services And Packing Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities, Site Services and Packing Manager to oversee the efficient operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of site infrastructure, services, and packing operations within a petfood manufacturing environment.
This role ensures all systems support continuous production while complying with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implementing corrective/preventative actions for existing equipment and maintenance processes.
* Conducting troubleshooting for complex issues with plant equipment issues and associated systems, identifying and recommending corrective actions.
* Assisting in investigations of utility systems, and control system anomalies as well as safety incidents.
* Supervising mechanical, electrical, and automation contractors.
* Interpreting P&IDs, equipment/system layouts, wiring diagrams and specifications in planning and performing maintenance and repairs.
* Maintaining company reputation by enforcing compliance with all relevant laws, policies and regulations.
* Budget and CAPEX management.
* Designing and specifying clean/grey utilities, HVAC equipment, piping, ducting and/or controls.
* Managing small-to-mid sized projects related to utilities and HVAC equipment and services.
* Preparing engineering evaluations and test plans for and executing modification change control documentation.
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment by enforcing procedures, policies, and regulations.

* Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite of applications specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Share Point.
* Leadership experience and skills within a multidiscipline engineering team.
* Able to work within a time pressured environment and manage changing/multiple priorities.
