Job Title: Event Service Team Member
About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Event Service Team Member to join our team. As an Event Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring that their event is successful and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing outstanding customer service, including serving food and beverages, operating the till, and handling cash and card payments.
* Cooking and serving food during the evening shift, preparing salads, and washing up.
* Preparing equipment, furniture, and service areas for events.
* Storing food items and equipment correctly to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
* Maintaining personal hygiene and uniform standards at all times.
* Promoting good customer relations and complying with health and safety policies.
* Supporting equal opportunities policy and contributing to a positive work environment.
Working Hours
The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday, 3pm-8.30pm. No weekend work is required.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
* Previous experience in a similar role or within the hospitality industry would be advantageous.
