Experienced and strategic
Digital Display Manager
to take the lead in managing and enhancing the organisation's digital screen network.
In this key role, you will serve as the
Subject Matter Expert (SME)
on digital displays, providing expert guidance to internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
You will be responsible for the performance, delivery, and optimisation of digital screen infrastructure across the organisation.
**Fixed Term Contract with the potential to become permanent**
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the central point of expertise for all digital display technologies and services across the organisation
Lead the end-to-end management of digital display systems, including planning, implementation, maintenance, and optimisation
Develop and manage relationships with third-party suppliers and service providers
Negotiate and oversee contracts and service agreements to ensure value, performance, and compliance
Manage and monitor budgets for digital display initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with strategic goals
Continuously enhance the performance and impact of digital screens across various locations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content, messaging, and functionality align with organisational objectives
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Key Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in managing digital display or digital signage systems at scale
Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
Solid understanding of content management systems (CMS) for digital displays and relevant hardware/software platforms
Budget management experience with a track record of delivering cost-effective solutions
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to analyse performance data and drive data-informed improvements
