The group operates a portfolio of established hotels and continues to expand, offering strong career development opportunities within a dynamic and evolving environment.This is a key on-site position responsible for overseeing the full finance function of a busy hotel operation. Reporting to the Group Financial Director, the Financial Controller will play a central role in financial management, reporting, and commercial decision-making, working closely with the senior leadership team on-site.ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all financial processesPrepare monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecastsMonitor financial performance and provide insights to support decision-makingOversee cash flow, cost control, and financial planningEnsure compliance with financial regulations and internal controlsManage payroll, accounts payable, and receivable functionsLiaise with auditors and support year-end processesPartner with operational teams to drive profitability and efficiencyReport regularly to the Group Financial DirectorRequirementsQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Strong hands-on experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance roleHospitality experience desirable but not essentialStrong commercial awareness and ability to influence decision-makingExcellent organisational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and take ownership of the finance functionThe Offer€70,000 - €75,000 (DOE)Discretionary bonusPension & Income protection schemeKey leadership role within a growing hospitality groupOpportunity to take ownership of a full finance functionStrong career progression potential within the wider group
