Own strategy and delivery of CRM comms across lifecycle and retention journeys.

Key Responsibilities
Journey maps and campaign calendars
Comms journeys and campaigns – copy.
Design, targeting set-up
Test plans and learning summaries
Measurable improvements in retention and engagement
Experience & Qualifications
3+ Years experience in a similar role
University Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, PR, Business Studies/Management, or any other related fields
CRM channel planning (email, SMS, in-app, push)
Test design and execution (A/B, multivariate)
Collaboration with data and creative teams to translate insights into messaging
Journey orchestration, personalisation logic, dynamic content setup
Audience segmentation and QA of targeting logic
Technical understanding of CRM data flows and integration points
Campaign build - (emails and SMS)
