We are partnering with a well-established premium spirits business with a strong heritage and growing international presence to appoint a Senior Account Manager.
This is a key commercial role focused on managing and developing relationships across key on-trade and off-trade accounts, driving growth, visibility, and distribution across the Irish market.
Following international investment, the business has entered an exciting period with major plans.
The Role
Manage and grow a portfolio of key national and regional accounts
Develop strong relationships across retail, hospitality and distribution partners
Identify and convert new commercial opportunities to drive revenue growth
Deliver joint business plans with key customers
Work closely with marketing and brand teams to execute activations and trade campaigns
Monitor performance, sales trends and market opportunities
The Person
Strong background in account management, sales or commercial roles within FMCG, drinks, or related sectors
Proven ability to manage key accounts and deliver growth targets
Strong relationship builder with excellent negotiation skills
Commercially minded with a proactive, results-driven approach
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, brand-led environment
Strong understanding of on-trade and/or off-trade channels is highly desirable
