Accountabilities
* Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of complex commercial agreements.
* Support the sales team by structuring deals and driving commercial initiatives.
* Provide data protection and privacy advice, including GDPR compliance.
* Collaborate with different stakeholders across the company.
* Develop templates, training materials, and privacy-related policies.
Requirements
* Law degree.
* 5+ years of experience in a legal role, preferably in fintech or technology.
* Strong experience in commercial contracts and data privacy law.
* Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
* Fluent in English, with additional languages being an advantage.
* Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
