THE ROLE
This is an excellent opportunity to lead Richmond’s Supply Chain team and be at the heart of one of Ireland’s most exciting FMCG businesses. As Head of Supply Chain, you will oversee the key functions of Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Customer Collaboration.
* Manage and develop the Richmond Supply Chain strategy
* Responsible for the overall optimisation of the Supply Chain
* Responsible for managing our Supply Chain team and its development
* Responsible for strategic systems and IT related projects related to supply chain
* Liaising with Logistics to improve and optimise distribution
* Develop functionally to achieve positive supply chain outcomes
* Manage the supply chain relationships with Key Customers
* Manage the relationship with external storage and distribution partners
* 2 Direct Reports – Head of Supply Chain Planning & Customer Collaboration Manager – 5 Indirect reports
REQUIREMENTS
* 5+ Years’ experience in Supply Chain Management or related senior supply chain role
* Experience working with ERP systems (Navision/SAP/Oracle etc)
* Ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
* 3rd Level qualification in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
* Experience in an FMCG environment is an advantage
