Job Opportunity: IT ServiceNow Analyst Location:Dublin/Hybrid Type: Full time My Client are looking for a IT ServiceNow Analyst to join Their team and play a key role in driving platform enhancements, optimizing ITSM processes, and delivering exceptional digital workflows. Key Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions. Analyze and document detailed requirements for ServiceNow modules including ITOM, ITBM, HR, or CSM. Support ongoing development, configuration, and deployment within the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of ServiceNow features and enhancements. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and present solutions. Use data analysis techniques to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Ensure alignment of ServiceNow solutions with ITIL best practices and organizational goals. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Business Analyst supporting the ServiceNow platform. ServiceNow Expertise: Strong knowledge of platform capabilities and hands-on experience with key modules (e.g., ITOM, ITBM, HR, CSM). ITSM Proficiency: Deep understanding of core ITSM processes Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Configuration Management. Technical Skills: Proficient in requirements gathering and data analysis; JavaScript and AngularJS knowledge is a plus. Methodologies: Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks; familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma is a bonus. Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Certification: ServiceNow CSA certification required. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. ITIL Knowledge: Solid grasp of ITIL concepts (V3 or V4), especially modules such as High Velocity IT or Service Operation.
