Job Title – Finishing Foreman
Project – Residential project (houses)
Job Location – Laois
Salary – €55K - €65K
About the Company
My client is a reputable Main Contractor who specialise in delivering high standard of residential developments including houses and apartments across ROI.
Phase 1 is staring in the coming weeks and will be ready for first fix in about 8 weeks. My client requires a strong Finishing Foreman to coordinate all internal packages.
Immediate Starts available.
The Role
* Report to Project Manager and Site Manager.
* Liaise with, coordinate and manage various subcontractors on a daily basis.
* Oversee the procurement of materials required for the successful delivery of the project.
* Attend site meetings and host meetings among trades teams.
* Manage multiple teams of trades from first fix to handover.
* Finishing internal building to a high standard and in line with programme.
* Manage and drive labour force.
* Ensure H&S and Company Compliance policies are adhered to by all staff members.
* Plan works accordingly to tie in line with project programme.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Finishing Foreman with a main contractor or developer in ROI.
* Must have experience delivering residential developments with 20+ units.
* Trade Qualification / Construction Qualification. (Preferably Carpentry)
* Strong sense of ownership over projects and excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while ensuring a high standard of work.
