About the Role
This position is for a skilled professional responsible for developing, maintaining and optimising CMM programs to support precision manufacturing and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and modify CMM programs using Calypso software for precision inspection of components.
* Create individual CMM programs for new and existing product lines, including those based in Costa Rica.
* Perform setup, calibration, and operation of CMM machines to ensure accurate measurements.
* Review 2D/3D engineering drawings, GD&T, and inspection requirements to create inspection routines.
* Analyse CMM data, interpret results, and provide feedback to quality and engineering teams.
* Support validation, capability studies, and first article inspections (FAI).
* Troubleshoot CMM program and equipment issues to maintain production efficiency.
* Maintain calibration and documentation in compliance with ISO standards.
In addition to technical skills, this role requires strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with global teams.
