Head of Manufacturing Services Key Responsibilities: * Strategic Planning: Develop and implement production capacity plans to optimize resource allocation and meet projected output targets. * Operational Management: Provide leadership in the operational management of the Plant, delivering core Plant KPIs, implementing strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives, and driving a clear sense of direction for the production team. * Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with company standards and customer expectations.
