Job Title: Legal Support Team Leader
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, with at least 7 years of experience as a Legal PA/Secretary. They should possess expertise in workflow management and team leadership.
Key responsibilities include providing seamless administrative support, managing diaries, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and handling appointments for multiple fee earners. The successful candidate will also lead and coordinate the activities of the teams, monitoring workloads and task allocation to ensure efficient distribution of work.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple practice areas.
* Manage complex schedules, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and handle appointments.
* Prepare customized business packs.
* Produce high-quality documents based on digital dictation or handwritten drafts.
* Assist with billing processes and compile business development materials.
* Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
* Perform general administrative tasks such as printing, photocopying, scanning, and posting.
Leadership & Team Management:
* Lead and coordinate the activities of the teams.
* Monitor team workloads and task allocation.
* Oversee team capacity and proactively manage resources.
* Provide regular feedback, coaching, and support for team members.
* Act as a liaison between support teams and legal teams.
* Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes and enhance collaboration between teams.
