Member Relations & Growth Specialist Dublin 2 Hybrid Role Salary up to €45k with excellent benefits This renowned Irish organisation are looking for a dynamic and strategic professional to take ownership of growing and strengthening their member community.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building meaningful relationships, spotting opportunities for growth, and using data-driven insights to shape engagement strategies.
You will be a key player in driving membership value, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities will include: Business Development & Growth: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to attract new members in alignment with company goals.
Create tailored engagement strategies as required, based on your own research into the market.
Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of members, ensuring their needs are met throughout their journey.
Anticipate and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Retention Strategy Execution: Develop and implement targeted initiatives aimed at improving renewal rates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine offerings and communications based on feedback.
Data Analysis & Insights: Regularly analyse membership trends, behaviours, and feedback to identify patterns and inform strategy.
Produce reports that support decision-making and performance tracking.
Market & Industry Awareness: Stay informed of industry changes, competitor activity, and emerging trends to inform membership strategy and identify potential growth areas.
Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience (no less than 3 years) in a business development, client relationship, or account management role, ideally within a membership, professional services, or B2B environment.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport and trust with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Results-driven with a proactive and strategic approach to problem solving.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision.
