Due to organic growth VANRATH are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to work on exciting architectural projects in Belfast and across Northern Ireland.
Remuneration: £Very Competitive DOE + excellent benefits package Overview of Role: The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for construction projects from inception to completion; pre and post contract duties will include: Liaise with client, contractors, suppliers to ensure information, costs, profitability and value, meet the requirements of each project.
Cost planning.
Contractual administration of both NEC and JCT Standard Forms Tender and Bill of Quantities Production.
Value Engineering.
Preparation of monthly reports, cash flow forecasts, valuation and agreement of final accounts.
Undertake the preparation and processing of quotations.
Prepare cost, value and reconciliation monthly reports on each assigned project.
