Opportunity Summary
This is a full-time, permanent position for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team.
* Assist on different sections of the kitchen, including starters, pastry/desserts and main courses.
* Support the head chef and sous chefs during service.
* Help maintain kitchen health and hygiene procedures.
* Cook food to order.
* At least 2 years' experience as a chef.
* Proven skills in professional cookery.
39 hours per week working schedule.
Opportunity to grow professionally with regular support from senior staff.
