We are working with a leading national law firm based in Dublin for an Associate to join their Commercial team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join an excellent Commercial team, advising clients on structuring, negotiating, and managing a broad range of contractual relationships. The lawyer will work with a broad range of clients including suppliers, distributors, and licensors.
The lawyer will play an active role throughout the contract lifecycle, from procurement and negotiation to implementation and enforcement. The successful candidate will also ensure clients meet compliance requirements.
Essential Criteria:
* 0-2 years' PQE;
* Commercial law background;
* Strong academic background;
* Technically excellent;
* Team player;
* Organisation skills;
* Strong commercial awareness.
