Ryanair are currently recruiting a Inflight Training Administrator Manager to join the Inflight Team of Europe's Largest Airline Group

Reporting to the Inflight Training Coordination and Project Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all regulatory Cabin Crew Training. The ideal candidate should have strong people management skills and a keen eye for attention to detail.
Job Description (includes but not limited to)
- Manage a team of up to 14 Training Administrators
- Conduct performance reviews, training, and development plans to ensure high team engagement and efficiency
- Ensure all training programs meet EASA regulatory requirements
- Oversee accurate and timely recording of training data in the electronic record-keeping system
- Prepare documentation for internal and external audits and represent the department during regulatory inspections
- Coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and administration of Initial Training courses for new Cabin Crew members
- Ensure efficient planning of all Cabin Crew training
- Monitor and manage working hours of both Instructors and Cabin Crew to ensure compliance with aviation-specific working time directives
- Implement standardised processes and quality control
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding and training of Inflight Training Administrators
- Attend and support audits with regulatory bodies and internal compliance teams
- Provide detailed reports on training compliance, scheduling, and administrative efficiency to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven administration skills
- Ability to write weekly inflight reports and any other administrative reports/letters/spreadsheets that may needed.
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to change quickly
- Previous management/ supervisory experience is desirable
- Windows literate (Word, Excel etc.)
