**Job Title:** Financial Planning Advisor
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Financial Planning Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build strong relationships with customers, provide expert advice on financial planning needs, and work closely with management teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice to customers on a broad range of financial needs, particularly in the areas of protection, investment, savings, and pensions.
* Work closely with regional and local management teams to support and drive the achievement of business goals.
* Deal with mass market customer segments to grow and retain assets under management, while generating wealth income through exceptional advice and customer service.
* Support the development of key staff in assigned Business Centres/Branches, enhancing their ability to identify and engage clients with financial planning needs.
Requirements:
* Fully Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) qualification.
* Preferably, experience as a Financial Advisor with a proven track record in client relationship-building and referrals.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
