Excel Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced Chefs for temporary assignments with immediate starts. You'll have the opportunity to work in diverse environments, including hotels, restaurants, catering events, care facilities, and corporate settings.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook meals to a high standard in a timely manner
2. Follow health & safety and food hygiene regulations
3. Work independently or as part of a kitchen team
4. Adapt to different menus and kitchen setups
5. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
Requirements:
6. Proven experience as a Chef (CDP level or above)
7. Strong understanding of HACCP and allergen procedures
8. Ability to work in fast-paced environments
9. Flexibility with shifts and locations
10. Own transport is an advantage but not essential
11. Eligibility to work in Ireland
