Responsibilities
Coordinate business services (IBS) and critical/important functions (CIF) owners across all Ireland Asset Servicing entities.
Oversee operational resilience systems and controls on behalf of the TNTC Ireland Branch and CEOs of Northern Trust International Fund Administration Services Ireland Limited, Northern Trust Fiduciary Services Ireland Limited, and Northern Trust Fund Services Ireland Ltd.
Attend Irish entities Operational Resilience and Outsourcing Committees.
Maintain oversight of the Business Services Lifecycle in accordance with the Corporate Operational Resilience Policy and Standard.
Coordinate identification, confirmation, and assessment of IBS and CIFs, including value‑chain and independency analysis, impact tolerance definition, and business testing for resilience.
Support Ireland Branch compliance with DORA requirements, coordinate DORA reporting, and facilitate approval of ICT risk management frameworks.
Prepare and support governance facilitation for senior management, producing baseline resilience metrics, reporting and escalation of material issues.
Maintain self‑assessment documentation, promote a resilience culture, and support client engagement and due diligence for IBS.
Participate in lessons‑learned reviews, regulatory change assessments, and training development.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in risk, resilience, or operational control environments.
10+ years of experience in the financial services sector.
In-depth knowledge of operational resilience, disaster/business recovery, business continuity, third‑party outsourcing, risk policies and standards.
Strong understanding of risk management practices and regulatory impacts in financial services.
Experience with DORA regulation and implementation is beneficial.
Proven stakeholder management, team leadership, and senior‑management presentation skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and execution‑driven abilities.
Self‑motivated, curious, and able to work autonomously.
