We are seeking an experienced Leisure Centre Manager to lead and grow our premium membership experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving membership engagement, supporting wellness programming, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility.
Daily Operations: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing leisure facilities (gym, pool, thermal area & wellness studio) and overseeing cleanliness, safety and presentation standards.
* Recruit, train and supervise a high-performing leisure team
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Growth & Engagement: The Halcyon Manager is expected to act as ambassador for our luxury membership programme – welcoming new members on board while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
