You'll spend most your time (70% Field / 30% Branch Oversight) in the field engaging key customers and developing business opportunities, while also ensuring the Cork branch operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest company standards.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue & Growth: Drive income generation and ensure the branch meets or exceeds all revenue targets.Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key customers through regular site visits, ensuring customer satisfaction and business development.Health & Safety Leadership: Act as the branch's lead advocate for Health & Safety - ensuring all processes, equipment, and behaviours align with company and legislative standards.Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards in testing, stock management, compliance, and brand presentation.Team Development: Lead, coach, and motivate branch colleagues to achieve sales, safety, and operational goals.Performance & Compliance: Ensure all systems, audits, and quality standards are consistently met and that the branch adheres to company policies.Continuous Improvement: Promote teamwork, efficiency, and a customer-first mindset across all operations.Experience, Knowledge & SkillsProven senior management experience within a fast-paced, customer-facing industry (preferably construction, hire, or building materials).Strong sales and key account management background with a history of achieving revenue growth.Excellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets and branch costs.Effective people leadership skills - rota planning, training, and performance management.Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.STAMP 4 Visa ESSENTIALDesired Skills and ExperienceProven senior management experience within a fast-paced, customer-facing industry (preferably construction, hire, or building materials).Strong sales and key account management background with a history of achieving revenue growth.
