Sales Representative
Field Based – Southern region Ireland

Job Purpose
A highly motivated and experienced individual, your role will be to take responsibility for driving sales growth and profitability for our Dulux Paint Ireland (DPI) brands through designated outlets in a defined sales territory adhering to a fixed schedule.
Job Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management: Proactively manage and scale a portfolio of key accounts to drive sustainable revenue growth and market share.
Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate high-impact relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to streamline operations.
Retail Strategy Alignment: Analyse and align brand strategies with retailer-specific KPIs and business objectives to ensure mutual growth.
Brand Excellence & Merchandising: Oversee on-site brand representation and visual merchandising standards to maximize consumer engagement.
Financial Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and demand plans to optimise inventory levels and business planning.
Commercial pricing: Deliver relevant pricing strategies set by the business along with efficient cash collection in line with company financial targets.
Market development: Identify and execute new distribution opportunities within the assigned territory to broaden brand footprint.
Trade Marketing Execution: Leverage promotional assets and merchandising initiatives to strengthen brand positioning and drive sell-through.
Revenue Protection: Proactively resolve invoice and delivery discrepancies to maintain efficient and timely accounts receivable integrity.

Proven Sales Track Record: Accomplished sales professional with a history of exceeding targets and driving commercial success.
Strategic Self-Starter: Highly motivated individual with a proactive approach to identifying and capturing market opportunities.
Sector Expertise: Deep understanding of the DIY industry landscape and the operational nuances of independent retail environments.
Performance-Driven: Demonstrated success in delivering consistent, profitable revenue growth within high-pressure, fast-paced sectors.
