We are partnering with an established organisation operating in a regulated financial services setting who are looking to appoint an HR Business Partner to work closely with leadership teams and shape people strategy at a critical stage of growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strong HR generalist capability with deep knowledge of Irish employment law and a practical, solutions-focused approach.

What You’ll Be Doing
Act as a strategic people partner to senior stakeholders, aligning workforce initiatives with commercial priorities
Provide practical, forward-thinking guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and change activity
Serve as a go-to advisor on Irish employment legislation, ensuring compliant and effective HR practice
Manage complex employee relations cases across performance, conduct, grievances, absence, and restructuring scenarios
Oversee the full employee lifecycle including hiring support, onboarding, probation management, development reviews, and exits
Contribute to talent and succession planning, engagement programmes, and retention strategies
Draft and refine HR policies and frameworks to support governance and business alignment
Leverage people data and HR metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement
Partner with specialist HR teams to advance culture, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives
What We’re Looking For
5+ years’ experience across HR Generalist and HR Business Partner roles
Background in financial services or another regulated sector
Strong working knowledge of Irish employment legislation and its real-world application
Proven track record managing employee relations matters end-to-end
Confident stakeholder manager with strong coaching and influencing skills
Comfortable switching between strategic planning and hands-on delivery
Strong relationship builder with a collaborative working style
Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach to problem solving
Passionate about modern people practices and continuous improvement
Exposure to regulatory fitness and probity standards
Experience using people analytics or BI reporting tools
Familiarity with enterprise HR systems (e.g., large HRIS platforms)
Involvement in change or transformation programmes
