Job Description
We are seeking a Medical Administrator to provide clerical and administrative support across departments in a busy medical facility located in Dublin City Centre North. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Providing general clerical and administrative support
* Data entry, filing, photocopying, and document management
* Managing patient files and updating information accurately in internal systems
* Assisting with the preparation of reports and maintaining records
* Supporting appointment scheduling and diary management where required
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum two year's administration experience in a healthcare setting
* Relevant 3rd level qualification is preferred
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Proficient in MS Office
* Ability to work independently in a busy environment
* Strong communication skills
