Package Generous salary doe plus generous benefits Responsibilities of this Food Safety and Quality Technical Specialist include Supporting the implementation and maintenance of Food Safety and Quality Management systems (policies, procedures, and records).
Monitor products to ensure they meet specifications through internal checks.
Managing product documentation, including specifications, SOPs, and QC records, and completing daily product attribute records.
Investigating customer complaints and collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve issues.
Reporting non-conformances, implementing corrective actions and conducting CCP (Critical Control Points) verification checks.
Requirements for this Food Safety and Quality Technical Specialist include Diploma in Science or Food Science (minimum).
1+ year of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing (preferred).
Flexible, quick learner with strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Detail-oriented with good decision-making skills.
