About The Team & Business Line
Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
As a core member of our AEOI (Automatic Exchange of Information) leadership team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Responsibilities
AEOI relationship management to large hedge & private equity clientele.
Act as a strategic leader in developing and driving the delivery of AEOI Services to a large complex private asset client group.
Oversee global team delivery of service elements, ensuring KPIs are maintained.
Lead and manage the maintenance of a robust and clear set of policies and procedures.
Work with clients on scope & delivery of ad hoc improvements and projects.
Liaise with auditors, and other third-party collaborators.
Monitor and manage Risk and Performance of AEOI Services.
Implement global standards for work processes and ensure ongoing monitoring of risk and control environment.
Maintain and improve knowledge of Chapter 3 / 4 & AEOI regulatory and compliance environment, including industry research and analysis as required.
Qualifications
You have 5-7 years' experience in Financial Services, preferably in operational tax, tax compliance, FATCA / CRS regulations in a services environment.
Experience in a Fund administrator or corporate services firm, while not essential, is preferable.
You are recognized for your thoughtful leadership and passion in employee engagement and retention, professional development and dedication to best in class relationship management for a diverse client base.
Previous success influencing change and embracing a collaborative nature to drive people and business results.
Bachelors and/or Masters level degree in finance or other relevant area.
Proven experience managing teams.
Exposure to systems implementations and work flow process initiatives.
