Job Description: Surgical Vision is recruiting for a Global Network Planning Manager, located in Limerick, Ireland.
In this role, you will have the outstanding opportunity to lead and develop our Global Supply Planning team, optimize the SNP process to ensure flawless supply chain operations. If you have a track record of driving excellence in supply planning and are motivated to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for all SNP Processes, including Net Requirements, Network RCCP, and Distribution Planning.
Leads planning in generating rough cut capacity plans (RCCP) with risk/tradeoff assumptions and feasible supply plans based on capacity. Reviews multi-site constraints to balance Demand and Supply.
Supports distribution planning, including further distribution between warehouse nodes, and redeployment of inventory to meet customer service goals.
Manages projects, programs, or processes for the SNP area.
Participates in S&OP/IBP Process to provide transparency of risks and opportunities and drive E2E decisions.
Supports the shaping and sustaining of an effective, motivated SNP team by providing technical training and support in the use of SNP tools and software.
Develops actionable insights of analyses of trends and the competitive landscape to continually improve the organization's Supply Chain strategy.
Qualifications
Education:
University bachelor’s degree is required. MBA or equivalent experience.
Required:
Experience and Skills: 5-10 years of related experience leading planning teams.
Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP); Advanced Planning Systems (OMP).
Preferred:
Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications & Supply Chain Certification desirable.
Project Management Certification Preferred
Other:
English Proficiency Required
