Claims Resolution Specialist
A Claims Resolution Specialist will play a key role in our team, focusing on liability claims from initiation to settlement.
* Manage a portfolio of Motor Liability, Employer Liability, Public Liability injury/damage and Personal Accident claims.
* Evaluate and implement proactive, innovative and compliant strategies in claim handling activities.
The primary responsibilities include providing initial customer contact, ensuring accurate information capture at notification stage, and identifying opportunities for early settlement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service.
* Capture accurate information at the outset of each claim.
* Making timely decisions on claim outcomes to reduce costs and lifecycle.
* Identify potential for direct settlement with claimants or legal representatives.
* Coordinate claims through the Injuries Board process and litigation proceedings.
