Facilities Maintenance Specialist Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering building services maintenance and repairs across our site, ensuring high standards are maintained and environments are safe and secure.
* Carry out routine planned and reactive maintenance services as instructed, maintaining operational standards at all times.
* Support minor works and supervise maintenance staff.
* Complete routine repairs or minor works.
* Assist with projects and deliver minor capital works.
* Conduct risk assessments and follow relevant permit or work plans.
* Provide excellent customer service at all times, including emergency call-outs.
* Experience in completing maintenance tasks, preferably in a building maintenance environment.
* Working knowledge of repairs and maintenance, Health & Safety, environment standards, manual handling, working at height, confined spaces, and ideally legionella & asbestos awareness.
* Previous experience working in a buildings maintenance role, preferably in a regulated environment (e.g. Pharmaceutical/medical device).
* Ideal background in carpentry or plumbing, with computer literacy.
