You will play a key role in driving the growth of Bord Gáis Energy by promoting our energy-efficient solar PV solutions and delivering outstanding customer service.Key Accountabilities:Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned residential areas to generate leads and promote Bord Gáis Energy's products and services.Present and demonstrate the benefits of our energy-efficient solar PV solutions to potential customers.Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the team.Accurately record and report daily sales activities and customer interactions.Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and share best practices.Here's what we're looking for:Previous experience in door-to-door sales or direct sales is preferred but not required; we welcome individuals with a strong desire to succeed in sales.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong persuasive abilities and a customer-focused attitude.Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to maximize customer engagement.Familiarity with the energy sector or solar PV solutions is a plus.Why should you apply?We're not a perfect place – but we're a people place.
