Job Description
As a Junior Supply Chain Planner, you will be an integral part of our team responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective flow of goods from suppliers to customers. Your primary objective will be to analyze and optimize our supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain principles and practices, with experience in demand forecasting, inventory management, and supplier relationships. You should be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date demand forecasts
* Managing inventory levels and optimizing stock placement
* Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
* Identifying and mitigating risks within the supply chain

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years' experience in supply chain planning or related field
* Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and tools (e.g. ERP systems, MS Excel)
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred qualifications include:
* Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
* Experience with supply chain software and systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
* Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
