The
Investment Banking Analyst
plays a crucial role in supporting the execution of financial transactions and strategic advisory mandates. This position provides hands-on experience across a wide range of investment banking activities, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity and debt financing, corporate valuations, and capital markets advisory. The Analyst works closely with senior bankers to deliver comprehensive financial analyses, prepare client presentations, and contribute to the successful execution of deals.
Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth company, industry, and market research; performing complex financial modeling and valuation analyses (such as DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction methods); and preparing marketing materials, pitch books, and transaction documentation. The Analyst will also assist in due diligence processes, liaise with clients and external advisors, and ensure accurate execution of financial analyses and deliverables. Additionally, the role involves monitoring market developments, evaluating investment opportunities, and supporting the preparation of strategic recommendations for clients.

Qualifications:
 * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
 * 1–3 years of experience or internships in investment banking, financial advisory, consulting, or corporate finance.
 * Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and capital markets.
 * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Capital IQ) is an advantage.
 * Excellent analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills.
 * Strong attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
 * Exceptional communication and presentation abilities with a high level of professionalism.
 * Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
 * Strong work ethic, integrity, and intellectual curiosity.
