Job PurposeRadiology Administration Team Lead, Permanent, Full Time – 35 Hours per week. The role is to organise, coordinate and manage radiology admin staff services for the Bon Secours Hospital Galway, ensuring regulatory, quality and financial standards are met.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement and manage daily operations of admin staff in the Radiology department.Manage daily operational roles including rostering, financial checks, schedule management and appointment booking.Identify and implement strategies to improve processes, promote operational efficiency and enhance the patient experience.Advise and report to the Radiology Services Manager and provide operational and financial interpretation and recommendations.Lead the Radiology administration team and take responsibility for all administrative functions within remit.Qualifications & SkillsExcellent interpersonal, leadership, people management, accountability and communication skills.Excellent computer literacy skills with extensive experience using computer systems and applications.Experience with electronic medical record (EMR), HealthLink and radiology information systems (RIS).Proven track record in effective management.Certificate in Business or equivalent, ECDL or related qualification.Experience3 to 5 years radiology experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.ContactInformal enquiries: Mr Tim Morgan, tim.morgan@bonsecours.ieEqual Opportunity StatementBon Secours Health System is an equal opportunities employer.
