Job Title:
About the Role:
* To drive business success, you will collaborate with professionals globally to leverage expertise and develop solutions.
* You will oversee supplier relationships to ensure operational performance meets agreed levels.
* Lead initiatives to resolve complex challenges, including category strategies, supplier management, and sourcing from external suppliers.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and complete business projects.
* Implement continuous improvements in supply chain processes to enhance performance.
* Oversee RFP/RFQ processes, contract negotiations, benchmarking, make-vs-buy decisions, total cost analysis, and supply chain mapping.
* Support New Product Introduction initiatives and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) projects.
Ideal Experience:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in third-party supply chain management.
* Proven ability to manage and develop supplier relationships, including contract negotiation.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Skills and Competencies:
* Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrated experience in sourcing, particularly managing contract manufacturers.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Working knowledge of Quality Systems, ERP/ASCP systems, and regulatory requirements.
* Strong financial acumen and understanding of supply chain finance and regulatory expectations.
