Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with procurement, R&D, and technical teams at client companies.
* Understand customer needs and provide tailored ingredient solutions.
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
* Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, logistics, and product specifications.
* Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in B2B sales within the food ingredients or food manufacturing industry.
* Strong technical understanding of food ingredients, specifications, and supply chain logistics.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently on the road.
* Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
