Project Manager - Construction - Athlone
HireForce is working with an Irish construction company that specializes in the residential construction sector throughout Ireland & the UK. Our client is in the market for a Project Manager to join their team based in Longford. This is a full-time role for a Project Manager and will be responsible for overseeing upcoming projects in the midland and northern region of Ireland.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Managing and coordinating of Site Managers, Design teams and subcontractors for his/her respective project.
* Preparing and reporting against Project schedule.
* Charing and preparing reports for Internal and Client facing progress meetings.
* Managing and supporting site teams with regards to Health and Safety.
* Managing and coordinating site and factory QC/BCAR inspections.
* Overseeing the logistics between factory and site operations.
* Liaising with Commercial team to ensure projects are procured on time and completed within budget.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
* At least 5 years experience in a similar role.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* IT literate with experience of utilising project management software.
Remuneration:
Salary is between 70k-85k DOE and there is also a car/fuel allowance.
