Sector: PE Backed Tech (SAAS specifically) Location: Dublin City Centre Salary: Base negotiable plus bonus, stock options & benefits Our Client Our client is a PE Backed Tech Business who have plans to further expand in 2025 as they are at a very interesting point in their lifecycle.

Who should apply?
Qualified Accountants with a minimum of 8 years PQE who trained in a Big 4 with excellent academic track records.
Prior experience of working in Tech essential with prior SAAS experience a really big plus and should be mentioned in your application.
From speaking to the CFO, we believe the successful candidate is more than likely working as one of the following roles:
Finance Manager/Head of Finance/Head of Financial Reporting in a mid to large tech firm Audit/FAAS Director/Associate Director/Senior Manager in a Big 4/Top 6 practice – with a previous long term secondment in a SAAS business Candidates need to be strong technically to ensure the timely turnaround of accurate financial information but also be able to add value from a commercial standpoint.
Role and Reporting Lines This role reports to the CFO where duties will include:
Reporting - Preparation of quarterly management accounts, B/S recs, year-end accounts, liaising with auditors, and preparation of audited financial statements Working with the commercial team to set realistic/tangible budgets and forecasts coupled investigating variances Compliance - Ensuring financial compliance across various structures Finance Operations - Hands-on involvement Banking - quarterly banking compliance certificate completions, managing senior debt function Fundraising - understanding banking facility agreements and overview of the various lenders and funding options available in the Irish market Tax planning, liaising with tax advisors Financial modelling, monthly projections and cashflow planning Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis Interested in this position?
