Accounts Assistant - Maghera - Permanent

What you'll be doing in this role:
Processing of Accounts Receivable - processing of sales invoices, credit notes, receipts and issuing month end statements.
Processing credit applications for new customers.
Processing of Accounts Payable – purchase orders, processing supplier invoices, reconciliation to supplier statements and processing payments.
Assist in the preparation of key weekly and monthly Management Information / Reports
Processing of payroll. Full training will be provided if required.
Assist in preparation of statutory reports (VAT, EC Sales, Intrastat) and business surveys.
Month-end bank account and credit card reconciliations.
General administrative duties in the office.
What you'll need for this role:
GCSE Maths (Grade B or above) and GCSE English (Grade B or above) and at least 3 other GCSEs at Grades A*-C
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Team player with ‘roll up your sleeves’ attitude.
Capacity to work independently with limited supervision
Proficient with MS Office suite
Excellent organisational skills
