Role Overview
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our Dublin team and work closely with engineers and product managers in a cross‑functional squad. You’ll play a key role in shaping intuitive, engaging, and accessible experiences for users of our healthcare technology platforms. This role requires strong design skills, user empathy, and a collaborative mindset to ensure that every product decision is rooted in delivering real value for our customers.
Main Responsibilities
* Partner with product managers and engineers to design user‑friendly, visually compelling interfaces.
* Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
* Translate user needs and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs.
* Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
* Advocate for user‑centered design principles within the squad and wider organization.
* Ensure designs are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with best practices.
* Collaborate with engineering to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
* Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and emerging UX practices.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
* 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
* Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work.
* Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
* Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
* Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
* Strong collaboration skills and ability to work within cross‑functional squads.
* Familiarity with Agile development environments a plus.
* Background in healthcare or other regulated industries a bonus.
